Alicia Witt, a singer as well as songwriter, pianist and singer, is best known as an actress. But, she's performed music ever since she first appeared in films. As a professional pianist her first EP in 2009 featuring her vocals that were strong and beautiful. Revisionary History (produced by Ben Folds) was her debut studio release in the year 2015. The Conduit was her next release, and it was her first time in co-production. Alicia Witt appeared in the 1984 David Lynch adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune as Alia Atreides. It is no surprise that she was playing the piano before she started acting is no wonder she became pigeonholed in the beginning as an actor. While she appeared on screen more, her career as a musician didn't commence until the year 1995.
